Precision Forgings Factory (PFF) Quality Management Systems have been certified to ISO 9001:2000 (Click to view Certificate) by RWTUV. Its products are also certified to AD 2000 Merkblatt W0 and PED/97/23/EC (Click to view Certificate) by RWTUV. Plans are underway for API Spec Q1 and API Monogram Licensing accreditation and the same is expected around mid-January 2004.
Customers have accorded approval of PFF Quality Management System for the entire product range. Focusing on total customer satisfaction, we aim at continual improvements in the quality of products, services and systems, and constant upgradation of technology.

PFF has the capability of consistently meeting stringent quality assurance standards. The commitment is reflected through meticulous application of monitoring procedures that ensure total material traceability throughout the product realization process.
All parts are inspected by operators at each step in the product realization process with final inspection and dock audit prior to shipping, assuring that the products meet all customer requirements.
PFF has comprehensive metallurgical and mechanical testing facilities that include Olympus Metallurgical Microscope with digital camera attachment along with allied specimen preparation equipment, INSTRON - Hardness Testers, Impact Testing Equipment, and Tensile Testing Machine, Non-destructive Testing such as Liquid Penetrant.
Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment is expected during first quarter of 2004.
